What I Eat Take 2 + Snack Bars of the Week

As I was doing my weekend shopping yesterday, I figured I’d snap some pictures again.

It’s kind of fun to keep track of what I’m the mood for depending on weeks… ^_^

This is a testament to one of my unhealthiest habits. I’m an apple junkie. An apple a day might keep the doctor away, but I usually eat more than that. An apple is something I always keep in my purse and the most likely thing to make me make a midweek trip to the store.

Rest of the veggies. White Savoy cabbage, tomatoes, cucumber, frozen spinach, avocados and two potatoes. It’s been at least four months since I’ve had any and I’ve been suffering from this intense craving all last week. Of course, the instant I brought these babies home, it went away.

The protein. Chicken breasts, tuna, eggs, feta.

And the ingredients of this week’s snack bars.

Which I immediately made.

250 grams of prunes, 150 grams of hazelnuts and 100 grams of oats all blended together got me 12 individually wrapped faux-larabars. These should last me the week and then some.

/I’m going back to my Borgias marathon now. And munching on an apple. 😉

  1. I love apples too! Your faux-larabars look delicious, I need to make me some of those!
